Windows 2012 Server/Plesk/MailEnable

Hello Freelancers,
I have a new dedicated Windows 2012 Server with Plesk installed. I am trying to install MailEnable. I have done this through the Plesk platform and it does appear in the [login to view URL] window but in my previous installations I was able to search for MailEnable and access the platform in order to get the DKIM key to use for DNS. I can't seem to do this. I have tried to install MailEnable manually but it seems to break things.
If you have had experience of this before and can help please let me know. I would like to complete the job via TeamViewer.
