Access 2010 application for academic institute

The objective of this project is to build a web enabled Access 2010 database application that managing academic issues of an educational institute. The data is stored in Excel sheet including branches, specializations, classes, subjects, students, and marks.
After building stable database, the application should provide an easy way for importing data from Excel sheet.
Around 10 text and graphical reports are requested for comparison between different entities.
The database should be built professionally and meets 3NF standard.
The application should provide also capabilities for handling an academic year of 3 terms.
