Transfer website and app code from one co-hosted server to another host

I have this site [login to view URL] hosted on godaddy virtual server ($69) but we have closed so don't have any traffic and don't need to spend so much money. So we'd like to transfer to a cheaper host. Siteground ($3.95 a month) currently has free migration until the 11th but I would like someone else to manage/supervise the migration also since I"m not a techie. In addition to the website, the current godaddy account also has our ios and android app hosted so those should be transferred too. please bid for transferring from godaddy to siteground and keep in mind that siteground is willing to offer free migration service (so they may do all the work, you have to supervise. But if they don't, you should know how to transfer).
