I have a website that needs to be converted to a flash template as a first step. I already have the template. I need someone with an eye for elegance as well as moderate technical skills in flash, html, php, etc.
If the conversion goes well, ther is an opportunity for much more work on the site. Our in-house team will be providing technical content but we'll need to present the material in a appealing and profession fashion.
Reference websites would be helpful when deciding on the contract.
