Shopify Theme Header Customisation

I have got a shopify theme called Gentlemen by Halothemes ([login to view URL]) and would like someone to customise the header for it to look similar to websites such as [login to view URL] and www.missguided.co.uk.
Currently this is the only customisation I need but may have more work depending on your skill level to customise the website further.
