SEO tasks and create some real estate calculator

Hi, We are mortgage broker and we need two main things SEO tasks and build some simulators.

SEO tasks part :

Add rating with stars check file enclosed and this emoji on each pages. -We also need to add favicon. -As previously told on each pages of website we need to add rating with stars, review and price, emojis (4,9 - 230 avis - Prix 600€ à 800€) if you find some other smart features according our business that can be show and interesting tell us like "book a meeting" (date & time), show interest rate, call us, add form or link some pages.

Real estate calculators part :

We need to add some real calculator in top of some page like this one [login to view URL] We have already build something in php that should be reused. About design we need something like pics in attachment for each tabs (Simuler, Evaluer and Estimer). There are 3 simulators as mentioned on the picture enclosed, each one has specificity. First one ("Simuler") is based on formula enclosed you will find details on this link [login to view URL] i will explain you two other later. Something has been already done in php and css that you can reuse especially to manage bank rate and charts we will provide you files later.
