Redesign a product page for Virtuemart

I am building a joomla site that has virtuemart already included in the template. I will use Virtuemart as a Catalogue only it will not be a shop.
Basically the only things in the Catalogue will be restaurants.
I want to make the product page layout look nicer and add more fields that can either be filled or not filled when we enter a new product in the backend.
At the moment the product page looks like this [login to view URL]
I am looking for a cleaner look more like this [login to view URL] but with some changes of course in terms of the information required to be input. And the tabs to be under the images not on the side.
For the product page I would need
The Restaurant Name
Address
Website
Phone
Cuisine Type
Offer Times (like this so we need to be able to make the selections in the back end of each new product [login to view URL])
Offer
Exclusions (would be a text box that we could write in)
Booking (would be a text box that we could write in)
IN THESE THREE SECTIONS WE WOULD BE ADDING TEXT SIMILAR TO THIS [login to view URL]
Description
Opening Hours
Map
And obviously the photos of the restaurant like the example here [login to view URL]
I think it might be best to keep everything inside the space provided in the joomla template and leave the side bar area available for other things [login to view URL] . Unless you think it is ok to go into that area without it having an impact on how the website would look on a mobile view.
I would like to hear from freelancers that have experience working on Virtuemart product page layouts. Please include in your replies examples of sites you have worked on.
