Hi.....I would like to build a Crowdfunding Website and for that, I need a very good, front end website designer with good knowledge and experience with CSS and JavaScript (I have been told ), Word Press and others
I live in Tucson, Arizona, in the United States. I have researched the Crowdfunding Website business fairly thoroughly, and it looks very viable if you run it correctly and put a lot of hard work into it (mainly, managing it and gaining traffic and new campaigners and backers ).
I would like to find someone who can build a fairly complex website platform similar to gofundme. Very close to that website. It would be a Donation based and Rewards based Crowdfunding Platform only (nothing dealing with businesses and securities ).
The only thing is lack of funds, because I am not rich. It does not mean that I don't have any money, though. But I would provide the domain name (the most critical thing, possibly ) for the business, work alongside you, the idea of low commissions in the platform for both campaigners and donors, how I want the site to look and thing such as these I would work with you, also (within limits ), with Social Media and answering customer emails. We could hire others to answer emails if we have hundreds of them a day. I am not a computer expert and I would not have any idea of how to SEO the site and link it to all of the Social Media, write articles, link it to many other websites, etc., in order to increase the traffic flow by a large margin. That is a big thing that I need in this
I can pay a fairly low, but reasonable.....flat fee for the design of the website, and a monthly fee to you after that for 4 months. After the 4 months, you would receive a 1% commission on all funds that we generated (and I would only receive 1.5%.....it would be a 2.5% total commission, plus the approx. 2.9% processing fee for every transaction (probably with Paypal )). The 2.5% is half of what most of the other major crowdfunding sites charge.
But if you are able to manage the website effectively, and get the website into, let's say, the Global top 30 of all crowdfunding sites and into the top 10 of all Donations and Reward based crowdfunding sites, what we are talking about is millions of dollars. The owners of gofundme made about $100 million in net profit in 2015 Even if we made only $5 million in net profit about 2 years from now.....that is $2 million for you. It could be much more income for you, though, later on It is not too good to be true, because 55% of all traffic to Crowdfunding websites comes from Social media.....the interesting thing is that only about 10% from direct searches. This is a 6 month to 2 year thing, from my research. 3 or 4 years for something just below gofundme. In possibly even as little as 4 months, it could start to generate a significant amount of money
In 1 1/2 to 2 years, we could have an office (not in Tucson, AZ.....but probably in Florida, my favorite state :) and you would be 2nd in charge of the company with whatever title you want.....we would have an LLC and several employees.
I have researched the industry and I have no doubt that it can work, and that with the right person, we can do this together.....but I need to find that right person who would be willing to take the risk and work for less money early on for us in the business, in return for the tremendous potential opportunity later on
I have run 2 or 3 small businesses before, but none of them, going into it, had this kind of potential and high potential success rate. Not everybody can do this business. You need the right team and strategy.

The other thing that I bring to the team as owner of the website is two Bachelor's of Science Degrees in Business Administration (cum laude ) from the University of Tennessee (in Management and General Business) and a good work ethic. I am also an honest person with good morals.
