ABOUT BRIEF: I am a male, gen-y real estate agent, located in Australia. Being star sign of Libra, I like balance, conformity and consistency. I am developing my personal brand and with your help together we will design a professional website, which will promote the services I offer in real estate, property management, marketing and design. The main purpose of the website is to engage with new clients, provide information and a call to action to increase business.

PLATFORM: WordPress

HOSTING: I already have purchased hosting space/account through HOSTMATE ([login to view URL]).

SETUP & INTEGRATION: As the website developer/designer you will first need to install the latest version of WordPress to my hosting account, through Hostmate's cPanel dashboard (there are resource guides on how to do this provided by the hosting provider). Knowledge of running and maintaining WordPress installs is a MUST. This is a relatively simple process and with your experience, should take minimal time to set up.

WEBSITE DESIGN/THEME: Simple and bold, minimal meets modern, cutting edge and a little bit out there, unique and different, black and white concept, use of grey shades, lines, boxes, and plenty of white space, easy to navigate, scrolling first page, beautiful but simple fonts, overall elegant design which is uber-professional, with a hint of creativity.

PLUGINS: (free) SEO tools, counter, newsletter, database or basic crm back end functions, XML feeds from other sites, link to socials, slideshow, timeline.... ??

CUSTOMISED FORMS: Three simple forms required - contact form, appraisal request form and newsletter signup form.

NUMBER OF PAGES: Possibly up to SIX pages. The homepage will scroll and be the longest.

WEB TEMPLATES: Sure, provided I like the general layout and we can tweak to my requirements. (Please include any licencing fees in your quoted price)

SITE MAINTENANCE: This will be an ongoing working relationship, as I do plan to expand the site in due course. Minimal ongoing site maintenance can be discussed once the project is completed.

USER UPDATES & CHANGES: I would like to be able to make simple amendments to the sites wording, context, or pictures, add pages easily or change basic layout attributes. Using a simple drag and drop page builder like Elememtor would be an advantage for me.
