Build a classifieds website

We are looking for a freelancer or a company to build a classifieds web platform focus on automobile industry. This will have a little mesh up with marketplace idea.

This platform will need to have

- Facebook integration

- Posting of classified Ads into different categories (Free and Premium)

- Have different account types (Personal and business where business will have more manageability )

- Live chat

- RESTful api for apps and third parties

- Optimized for mobile web

We'll need native Andriod app as well.

High level functional specifications will be provided to shortlisted bidders. You can propose features and functionalities in your bid.
