I need an affiliate marketing website selling time sensitive offers/ deals. (see dealnews or logicbuy) There's many websites like these two but I like the way they're designed and how intuitive and functional they are. The design has to be VERY professional looking, clear, slick but also cool and attractive. I'd like to work with someone very creative in this department! Fluent English is a must!
I'd say the website has to have 90% functionality and design of dealnews and 95% of logic buy.
The ease of back end works / control panel /client management system is also very important. Inputting one offer can't take more then about 3min.
Other extremely important thing is an ease to work on every day SEO (I'm looking for something easy like wordpress seo fields)
IMPORTANT I've been working on a couple website projects already and I'm fair and honest person but for some reason I often meet people who are unethical or simply crooks and I already got cheated of couple of thousand dollars. Most of the time we agree on a projects, I pay some $$$ and in the middle of works a web developer ask for more money. I'm really sick of it. Therefore I will enter in legally binding contract but will ONLY pay at the end of the finished product. (I'm a very easy person to work with but I've been fooled 3 times already and refuse to be taken advantage of anymore)
