Need Logo Design for Cleaning Service

I need a logo designed for a house cleaning company.
The logo should be sized at approximately a Width to Length ratio of 3 to 1 as it will also be downsized to 300 x 100 pixels to be displayed on mobile phones.
The logo design should be of high quality (300 dpi for print) and should not infringe upon anyone's copyright. Please do not use pictures in the logo. It should be designed by you whether it be in adobe illustrator, or any other graphic design software.
The logo should be simple yet elegant as it will also be embroidered onto t-shirts. Also, the logo should contain the title "Bibi's Cleaning Service" and possibly some sort of graphic. The logo will primarily be embroidered on a light blue polo shirt (see attached picture)and possibly a light blue website background as well. So, make the logo background transparent. The logo should contain the color pink so as to match with a light blue background (how you use the color pink in the design is up to your discretion)(The entire logo may be pink with white trim or with black outline etc - please keep the colors simple) Please use this color code for pink (#F588B2) and this light blue color code for reference: (#6C9FD8)
Please include all source files.
I have attached a picture of the shirt used and a plain logo design that was designed for me as a mock up. (Your logo may or may not be similar)
By accepting this project you grant me all rights/copyrights to the final logo design and all source files.
Please send links to portfolio samples and maybe even some quick mock ups.
