Graphics for Website (will be about 5 small pages only)

I am contemplating a new venture, which is Asset and/or Judgment Recovery.
I'm looking for some help in creating a nice, fresh and clean Logo + Graphics
I think the logo would look good if it contained some related parts of the actual business functions like;
- Professionals (people conducting research)
- Documentation (paper, legal documents)
- Legal System (building, courts, etc.)
- Asset Keys (like for cars, boats, etc.)
- Assets (houses, cars, boats, etc.)
- Financial Symbol(s) (funds, monies, cash)
1 image of each should be sufficient, and all the color schemes are expected to be alike too.
I am thinking about 2-3 colors, not much more, along lines of;
- Purple and Gray
- Blue and Gray
- Orange and Blue
I figure all of these will reside somewhere in the "banner" part of the webpages, near the top. Few on left, few on right, all left, etc. I'm flexible.
Finally, I'd also like matching graphics (colors/symbols) for a few page links too. I guess there
will be about 5-6 very brief but descriptive pages like
- About Us
- Our Services
- Zero Cost
- The Process
- Contact Us
All pages will be expected to be alike, except the descriptive content text on each page of course. Prefer HTML so I can upkeep the site myself. My hosting support PHP if necessary.
If developer can provide "free" solutions for HTML that can work with the deliverables, thats great too. Something along lines of novice, its been a while since I've been in the game.
