Basic website that crossbreeds dogs with images

I would like a simple site where users can select two different (or same) dogs from a list and the resulting crossbreed will be identified along with a photoand short description. I have all the information about the breeds and the photos of each. I will host the site myself on [url removed, login to view] and also have secured the domain name. I would be able to decorate the site and really I am just interested in the functionality. I will probably need to add new breeds to the site in the future. I would ideally like the site responsive.
