vTiger | CALL CENTER AGENT conditional workflow with contact merge in leads module

Hello,

(You MUST explain why you are good for the task below. If you say you are good with vTiger or CRM's that is not enough.)

We need help on two items for conditional workflow:

1. We are using VTexperts and need help with conditional layouts for our questionnaire.

2. A custom leads module in vTiger that will show content while an agent is on the call. I need contact details merged into the agent script and I also need dynamic fields.

Example of agent script with customer data merged:

Hi {{customer first name}} my name is {{agent name}}, I’m calling with my company. We have been out doing free solar panels for homeowners in {{customer’s city}}.

Example of dynamic fields using VTexperts extension:
