We use v tiger in Australia and Philippines.I have two staff in the Philippines of which one is getting logged out of v tiger every two minutes or so (it varies as to when she will get logged out but is very frequent)
Jolee who gets logged out has tried the following tests but still gets logged out in every situation
1) used three different computers from home
2) used 3 different internet providers from home
3) has tried different browsers
4) has gone to the mall fifteen minutes away and used two different computers in an internet cafe (computers were not hers but the cafes)
5) brought her lap Top to the mall and used their WiFi
6) used her uncle's computer at his house
In all above 6 scenarios she got logged out.
As well:
Jolee has enabled cookies for her browser but it has not helped
If she has yahoo or skype open at the same time it does not log her out from yahoo or skype only vtiger logs out.
Please note that the issue on all computers did not exist prior to about two weeks ago.
If Jolee logs in with one of our other logins she still gets logged out.
I asked my hosting company that hosts V Tiger and our website on the same vps to investigate. I gave them the ip address of one of Jolee's computers but it was NOT blacklisted. They confirmed it was white listed. Still the issue existed. The hosting company said because Jolee can log in to our website straight after she is logged out of v tiger that it must be a vtiger issue.
Our v tiger developers who customised v tiger for us cannot replicate the issue from India or Australia. They have tested on many systems, 2 countries (India and Australia), 2 operating systems (windows and ios) and were not logged out.
I would suspect based on info I have given you and the tests we have done that this is a v tiger issue? Please confirm if this is the case?
Can you fix the issue even if you are not able to replicate the issue?
