I need this asap...please ask me any questions before bidding... anyone who knows, word, excel, vb, vba, access or other programming languages can do this ....... i would also need to you to provide simple steps to follow and test the data....to ensure it is all accuratly converted into excel or access....

- word to excel and access conversion (once file is converted to excel it would be just a matter to export in to access)
Testing
- most important component of the job. I want a way to test if all books has been converted properly with name, auther, sku, price, etc...
Access
once converted in to access, i want to have basic forms like, invoice with prices and witout priceces, entry form, report , etc...
