**Cartoon character creation and then digital animation of 2 x 50 screen sequence (incl. 2 cover pages) saved as a movie and 100 x single print ready files:**

Part A;- We require cartoon character creation from a brief supplied by us. These cartoon characters are black & white in design, simple single bold line drawings and completely unique (not copied or clipart). Several characters, possibly up to 7 characters in one set. These characters will be animated, as per Part B brief below.

Part B;- The above characters are to be animated in a 5-7 second movie. The whole movie will have a brief but we require the animator to have a creative input with their work. This movie will be 48 frames at approximately 9 to 10 frames per second. Each frame will need to be print ready as this movie will be printed one screen at a time and then printed into a flipbook. This movie will also need to be supplied file ready for website display, youtube display, and so on.

We are prepared to break this job into 2 separate jobs, Part A and Part B as above if your talent/skills are expertise in one area. We are also willing to give the job as a whole to an individual or organisation that can produce both parts of job, but you will be asked to supply proven prior experience before winning this job.
