Looking for VA - get reviews from other Authors for my eBook

Looking for VA to search for Authors online to buy my eBook, and review my eBook 2 to 3 days later after buying.
At the same time, Authors most likely will request VA to buy his/her book and write a review for them. This will be paid first by the VA. Review will be done by the VA.
Payment - pay per review (USD 1 + cost of book)
1) For every successful review for my eBook, I will pay (USD 1)
2) For every eBook that VA purchases (to review another Authors eBook, I will reimburse VA)
