Develop an animated illustration

The freelancer would ideally know software programs such as videoscribe or whiteboard.

We wish to present a new concept to potential partners.

The task would be to develop a 1-2 minute video presentation that elegantly explains our concept to the partners.

It is a truly competitive way of buying cars for the end user by having multiple dealers bid on his/her need for a new vehicle. We are proposing a true reverse blind auction platform for the buyer and seller. And we need to get this concept across to the car dealers.
