One of the services our business provides is online training courses to 9-1-1 dispatchers and supervisors. We currently use a LMS platform and have pre-built PPT decks, but we need to convert these decks into interactive e-learning modules using a mix of animation videos, stock photography and videos, quizes/tests, and voiceovers (audio provided by our company).
