Convert VHS (Yadif 2x) video to 60 fps YouTube video

Hello!

I have lots of videos which play perfectly fine when I use VLC media player using the following options:

Deinterlace ON

Deinterlace Mode: Yadif (2x)

It looks like 60 fps.

I would like to convert these videos either using VLC or HandBrake so that I can upload them to YouTube, and they will still look that great, like a 60 fps video.

I don't know how to re-render the video in VLC player with the used decoding, and HandBrake doesn't offer Yadif 2x.

Can anybody help me with a solution?

When I play it in VLC media player with Deinterlace ON and Deinterlace Mode: Yadif (2x) you will see how it should look like when converted.

Please don't bid over 20 €. I think this is a very easy job if you know how to do it.

I want the video on YouTube to look like VLC media player with the options "Deinterlace ON" and "Deinterlace Mode. Yadif (2x)".

Please watch the video with VLC media player, and choose "Deinterlace -> On", and choose "Deinterlace -> Yadif (x2)".
You will see an absolutely smooth video that looks like 60 fps.

I need to have an MPEG2 or MPEG4 video to look just like this:
Smooth and sharp.

If you can convert the video to the requested format, please upload your converted video to YouTube as a 60 fps video so that I can watch the result.

Please don't bid if you don't have the YouTube video ready.
