Hi, this project is presented as an opportunity for our company and a trained professional/or entity to build a LONG TERM working relationship. I am NOT looking to outsource a bunch of people on this project, as I feel that that may confuse things, and that it is important to just deal with one entity/ or web professional. I want ONE SOLID web designer to design all of our present and future needs.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THESE RULES BEFORE BIDDING...
(1) We are looking for only ONE person/entity that is well-versed in ALL of our areas that we are looking for. This is EXTREMELY crucial for us. NO EXCEPTIONS, as this project is near and dear to our hearts. By viewing your sample work, we'll be able to get an idea of if we feel that you can pull this together for us on a HIGHLY professional level.
(2) The person/entity MUST be able to work within the allotted specified budget of $1500-3100 US dollars for the COMPLETE project (with the opportunity to make a percentage off of two of our first ads that we may obtain from social networking website, because we want a long term working relationship), and there will be NO deviation from this (so if you bid and we accept, whatever amount you bid is what you will be paid, no coming back requesting anything other than what is agreed upon from inception--once we make revenue from first two ads from social networking website, we will look to remit something fair to you), because I know that a lot of this can be cloned (as I will provide sample websites) or that there are already samples made for this but what I will guarantee is that there will be a lot of ongoing work coming your way in the future, and that the relationship will in fact, be long term, as we already have an additional 3 sites in mind after these projects are completed. PLUS, we're willing to give a bonus from whatever income streams we may make from the networking website (as above-mentioned). BOTTOM LINE--DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT WORK WITHIN THE ABOVE MENTIONED PRICE RANGE, BECAUSE YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DISQUALIFIED. YOU WILL SEE/RECEIVE A LOT OF EXCITING WORK FROM US...IF WE FEEL THAT YOU HAVE SHADY PRACTICES, WE WILL REPORT YOU BECAUSE TIME IS SO VALUABLE. (3)Because I've seen first hand, heard and read both good and horrific reviews of providers on here, to cover ourselves, you MUST be able to call the US (if you're International), MUST have a phone number (business number), IM, have a business reference & be VERY experienced and extremely business oriented, if we're looking to continually build with you.
(4) Must be able to offer at least a years worth of technical support, to make sure that we are in the swing of things.
(5) Must be able to complete this project within 30-40 days (it is EXTREMELY crucial). While I want all websites to be completed within this timeframe, the most crucial components are the digital flip magazine template and the social networking website. Then the service website...& lastly, the Internet radio station.
(6) MUST have a pleasant and patient disposition, as it will very essential to making the working relationship long-term.
(7) Must be able to offer an admin panel for ALL projects (including magazine)/websites & provide us with ALL Source codes.

URBAN MUSIC SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITE
It will be based upon the logo that I provide for you. The social networking website will be a mix of the following websites with its own twist: [url removed, login to view] (the main premise), [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and musicforte.com. (WILL PROVIDE COMPLETE OUTLINE TO WHOMEVER OBTAINS THE PROJECT)
DIGITAL FLIP MAGAZINE
Someone to create a digital online magazine that is currently using software to allow the pages to flip, but we would like for someone to create for us our very own magazine template (samples will come for whoever acquires the project). Presently, readers have to download a reader, but we would like for our readers, once they subscribe, to be able to just simply read the magazine and flip pages w/o needing a reader. The magazine will have pages just like a regular print mag, as it does now. Just more of our twist to it and a navagational bar. We would also need a Flash (or what appears to be flash--may just be updated HTML work--the newer kind) home page webiste to house the magazine--the website would consists of about 5 additional pages--that we would look to open up on the main homepage (simple informational pages). The site will need to be updated with each issue...A sample flip magazine website link of how we want it, it will be provided...as well, as our diagram of how we want the initial site.
INTERNET RADIO STATION
This person or website company will also create an Internet Radio station from beginning to end and set it up. The radio station will also be linked to the social networking website and the player can be stand alone, or the site can be like a mini website...it will be like an acual radio station. You could already have a player created.
SERVICE WEBSITE
Where we will need for people to be able to create online press kits, distribute press releases and MP3s for feedback...will provide website samples to those who we think can fit our needs. With this site a payment gateway will need to be implemented, ability to offer 10 day trial...this website will be a mixture of websites...will elaborate more to those who PM me.
