Do some 3D Modelling

I have a 3d model of a concept car I designed that needs some work done to it. I had a modeler on this website make the first draft model for me from drawings in maya. Since then I opened it in blender and edited it as best as I could but it's a little bit too complex for me to do some of the things that need to be done.
In the file below, I took screen captures of the model and compared it to sketches and drew what needs to be modified in bold red lines.
Besides these more basic things there are a few other small things that need to be done.
1) make the hood of the car symmetrical and make it smoother so it doesn't look like folded tin foil.
2) The back of the car is a separate piece. It needs to be modified to fit the car and put in place.
3) Put windows and a rear view mirror on the passenger side of the car.
4) The car needs headlights.
5) I'd like the tail lights to maintain the shape I already gave them but look something like this in texture: [login to view URL]
