I am looking for an experienced Appointment Setter and Sales Representative to join my team. As a representative for our corporate wellness company in the Danish market, your primary objective will be to set up meetings with potential B2B clients.

Skills and Experience:

- Fluent in Danish and English

- Previous experience in appointment setting and sales, preferably in the B2B sector

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

- Familiarity with the corporate wellness industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients in the Danish market

- Introduce our corporate wellness services and benefits

- Set up meetings with interested prospects

- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure client satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities

Compensation: €20 per shown-up appointment

+ 2.5% commission on sales (services vary from 5.400 eur to 100.000 eur)

Responsibilities:

- Identify and secure 5 qualified leads in the Danish market

- Book appointments via Calendly: [login to view URL]

- Ensure prospects complete the survey: [login to view URL]

- Facilitate meetings with qualified prospects who align with the specified criteria

- Promote solutions addressing the following problems in the Danish market:

- Increasing corporate wellness engagement from 20% to 80%

- Creating long-term effectiveness in corporate wellness programs

- Demonstrating measurable return on investment using our calculator

- Implementing a strategic 60-day approach for optimal results

Qualified Leads:

- C-level decision maker (CEO Chief Innovation, Chief Strategy/ Innovation/ Mergers&Acquisitions or CFO, not CHRO not CMO) with a minimum of 200 employees

- Budget of at least €10,000 ( 50 eur/employee x 200 employees) available for immediate investment in corporate wellness

- Demonstrated interest in a wellbeing program related to nutrition, mindset, emotions, social purpose, movement, sleep, or addictions

- Familiarity with other suppliers and a clear ability to work with the decision-making process within the company

Requirements:

- Fluent in Danish

- Proven experience in appointment setting and sales within the Danish b2b market

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to identify and engage with qualified prospects

- Self-motivated and results-oriented

Upon successful completion of the test phase of 5 leads, there is the intention for a more permanent role.
