Call Center Wanted for Outbound Sales

We are an American IT educational institution that offers training in various IT and software development courses ranging from Java and C# to Ruby on Rails and HTML. Our courses are completely online, and we offer tuition financing options to our students. Our courses are in high demand and we are looking to partner with call centers who will work on commission-only basis. We can provide the leads (might be willing to pay an extra fee if your company provides solid leads), and the scripts. We will offer all agents a tiered commission payout based on the number of sales they make on a monthly basis. The more sales agents make, the higher the commission payout per sale. We currently have an online affiliate program where this approach is working; we are now looking to ramp up the sales numbers.
