Youtube plugin

Hello.

Pls give you estimate for each of the requirements below :

1st requirement:

My main requirement is that I want a script that allow me to enter a Youtube video URL and get an embed code where video is unpauseable, ie user cannot click on it and the video is paused. If this is absolutely impossible. You can use any trick you want (like add layer on top of the video, etc.), but the more compatible it is, the better.

2nd requirement (optionnal):

My optionnal requirement is that if user refresh the page, i want the video to continue where it was, not starting over. Here we can use cookies or something like that, and a dynamic "embed from specific time" feature.

3rd requirement (optionnal)

In addition to Youtube URL, make it work for one or several of the following URLs formats flv, mov, mp4.

4th requirement (optionnal):

Another requirement is that you make it as a WordPress plugin. This is totally optionnal. If you don't know wordpress, i'll handle this.
