Exciting opportunity for a long-term full-time contract working as a Development Lead for a well established Independent Software Vendor working on a new product.

The company has nearly over 200 staff working in many different countries.  It operates a distributed work environment where the majority of staff work remotely from home as independent contractors.

Candidates should have;

* 5+ Years technical experience in .NET.

* Must have led development of a commercial software product or been a key team member on such a project.

* Awareness of the latest trends in Web-Based software, including SaaS and Cloud-Computing concepts.

* Prepared to design & write code as required, manage product vision and feature set and work well with others.

* Willingness to work hard, listening to opinions of customer and stakeholders and pushing everyone towards the goal.

* Previous experience in creating software products an advantage.
