c# small software to manage serice requests

For each service request a separate file(act) should be created.
The act should have the field "Processor", "short discription of the service request" and a status fields "New", "Assigned", "Processing" and "Resolved" (including date stamp).
Via drag & drop you can add e-mails (from Outlook 2013) and documents (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG, PND).
For each document, the date of the addition should be visible (but can be overwritten), as well you can add a short note to every document.
The sorting of documents is by date descending.
For each service request a folder is created on the drive and all added documents are stored in this "service request" folder.
There should be five register in the software:
Overview of all service requests
Add a new service requests
Overview of service requests per processor
Overview of open and closed service request
Processor development
Design should be kept simple
