Setup mautic with extended php app through API

I am looking for a Mautic professional experienced in fully install and optimize the platform able to attend the following requirements:
- Setup of mautic configured like video: [login to view URL] with inmotion hosting.
- Setup of Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) with all authentication settings such as DKIM, SPDF needed.
- Fully setup and optimization of Mautic along with the needed integrations to run all platform resources
- The platform should be able to run and manage: 25 users; 150,000 contacts; 25,000 journey automation; 15 GB of Data Extension Storage; 3 million API calls/year;
- Add extra channels through connecting API’s. I want to be able to add contacts to custom audiences in adwords. If this is done via zapier or any other third party tool, that’s no problem. I also want to add direct mail through lob.com. This can be easily integrated through zapier. I also want to explore other possibilities to add other channels.
The job deadline is for 20-03-2018. Everything should be up & running.
Once this project is completed I would retain full rights to the software created. I would also need a commitment for 30 days to be available to fix bugs and/or minor feature changes as customers test and use the software.
