Create an installer using Nullsoft NSIS for MySQL Installation

I need a NSIS expert to create an installer that will automatically install the following on Windows PC with minimal steps for a novice user:
1. Check if latest JRE (Java runtime ) is installed on the PC, otherwise, automatically download and install
2. Check and install MySQL latest version (32 or 64bit depending on the PC architecture)
3. Prompt the user to choose a database name, database pass and database user for a new database which will be created by the installer. After the database is setup, a custom sql file will then be used executed on the database created in step 2 above . The MySQL must be Installed as service on windows with automatic start.
4. Automatically execute a JAR executable file I will provided after the installation is completed.
5. Create a desktop shortcut to start step 4 above whenever needed.
