Build a windows application (visual studio) C# + database

I need you to make a windows application that interacts with database.
Here is the scenario:
this a camp registration application:
1. need to specify camp session (start date and end date: possibly stored in database to be used later), can register a new camp session
2. register each person: (name, last name, age, bunk, gender, start date, end date (*****start date and end date should be in between the camp session start date and end date*****), emergency contact person(name, email, phone)
3. There will be activities or subjects available each day during the camp session divided into 5 subjects or activities per day, the admin will be able to add the activities under each subject that a person can choose from, eg(subject1: swimming, Fire Building, soccer: subject2: swimming, Fire Building, soccer : subject3: swimming, Fire Building, soccer : subject4: swimming, Fire Building, soccer : subject4: swimming, Fire Building, soccer) the user can add more if they are activities or class onto any subject if its available that time, if not available can select and delete from that subject (eg delete swimming in subject4)
4. a person can only choose 1 activity to do under that subject: User(admin) registers the activity that the person chooses on that day and which activity they want to do on which subject (to be stored in the database)
5. see the big picture (after registration is done) can view all the information about the person, which subjects they choose on which date
6. export the details into a .csv file that can be imported into excel etc.

this project mainly focuses on the functionality not the look. i already have someone working on the UI and the interface of the application now i need someone to make the functionality.
for the project you just need to make a simple UI that will make the functionality eg add buttons, panels etc nothing much but the functionality and the code should be clear.
