Tableau Network diagram and Path (2 dashboard)

I know Tableau very well however I have stuck in following two areas:

- Tabeau Path creating (Source city and destination city) and

- Network map (displaying social graph)

All you need to do is to prepare a data for Tableau so you can start creating above two dashboards. I dont want to use R or any third party software so please make data preparation either in excel or access. I have my dataset available which is easy for you to understand.
