Partner Store - Development changes

Hi there,

Enclosed please find a brief outlining the work I need carried out on all four of our shopify stores that I manage on behalf of my company. Ideally, I want work carried out on one shop before being carried out on the other three.

My company hosts four tech conferences globally - Web Summit, RISE, Collision and MoneyConf. Our partner stores sell a range of products to our partners for their event activations.

The work i need carried out is outline under the three section headings below. Please don't hesitate to call me so that we can discuss the brief in more detail.

PARTNER ID INTEGRATION

To help keep track of partner information the company is integrating a unique partner ID into all channels relating to partners such as excel sheets, forms and of course our partner stores.

When a partner clicks to create a new account on shopify they are asked to enter their partner ID. I am looking to attach this ID to their account and all the other processes involved in running a store, which include;

Attaching the partners ID to their account ( if possible we want customers to enter the Partner ID when creating the account and no other time after that)

Attaching the partners ID to all orders

Attaching the partners ID to invoices

To ensure the partner ID is exported when exporting all orders from Shopify

The processes must integrate with invoicing platform Sufio

Each partner is tracked on Salesforce by the various teams. I am also looking at the possibility of integrating Shopify with Salesforce so that orders will automatically be updated to the relevant partners profile.

Please note a number of different account holders can have accounts and will be ordering on behalf of one partner and therefore be adding the same partner ID. For example, a partner will have a stand builder, a contractor and internal team working on their activations and ordering for them through the store.

VAT FIELD

I want to include an optional VAT fields in the checkout and billing stages on two of our partner stores - Web Summit and MoneyConf. The processes must integrate with invoicing platform Sufio.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

At the moment we have two payment options: credit card and invoice payment options. I want to enforce it that the majority of orders are paid by credit card however we will allow our larger partners to pay by invoice payment method. In order to do this I need to be able to tailor the checkout and payment process for the relevant partners, for example those who pay by credit card will not see the option to pay by invoice. Also, it would be great if I could somehow tagged / approve the partners that can pay by the invoice payment method.
