We are a company that developed our own contact management software used in Police Departments. The software uses SQL for the database and FTP for the storage of audio files. We have a installer for the program but would like a MSI. The install incorporates Philips Speech exec software and .netframework. There is a configfiles folder with 2 configuration files that would also need to be incorporatated into the MSI.
