Automatically transfer data from one spread sheet to another.

My point of sale generates an inventory report that I export to Excel that includes item inventory qty, items sold qty, and item received qty. I need to automatically transfer these quantities to another Excel sheet that my vendor has created. Both spreadsheet have UPC columns. However, the POS generated report UPC has one extra digit. (a 0 at the beginning.)
