I need a .net application that will convert jpeg images to mpeg files.
Requirements :
.Net application with few simple elements.
Source and destination directory defined by user by using a directory chooser.
destination size (pixels) should selected by the user with 2 text fields width and hight. default size should 160X120.
source files are jpeg images.
destination? files should be mpeg 2 movies with single frame.?
destination file of 160X120 should be less then 10K.
The tool should have some kind of a watch dog that will check the source directory for **new** files, once a new file is in the directory it should be converted asap. Interval for checking should be less then a minute.
The tool can use ffmpeg to convert the files or by code.
Before submitting a bid, please convert the attached files to .mpg files encoded in mpeg2, dimensions should be 160X120 with less then 10K each and send it with your bid. Please don't forget to estimate the estimated work period.
