Convert C# to VB Small Project

Ok, I want this control converted to VB Express 2010 Winform

it MUST compile 2 ways:

1) When added to a project no external DLL that is how the code is setup in the C# version.

2) As a DLL so I can use it in the designer.

There are several free C# to VB converters so I know this will not be hard to accomplish so bid with that in mind.

Remember it MUST compile under VB Express 2010 and you will need to convert all the examples to VB also.
