Oracle script to drop and create all tables within a schema and flatten tables with parentid - id

1. I need an Oracle Stored Procedure that:

- drops all tables within a schema

- recreates the tables again without data including primary keys, foreign key constraints, indexes.

Most likely this should be done with DBMS_METADATA.GET_DDL

2. I need an Oracle stored procedures that:

- searches for tables within a schema that has a column 'parentid'.

- these tables should be flattened in a new table using parentid and the Primary Key. Also the complete [path] should be in the table. See attached mockup.
