I need to develop a Client/Server or Desktop application or an interface application that interacts with PABX (like Zabbix) and ensure to execute the following actions :
- Detect and pick-up an incoming call to the PABX
- Collect some data from the Call : Caller Position (to be identified in a GIS Map, like google maps or similar), store those coming information in a database
- When an incoming call is picked-up, open an input dialog to log some information that will be collected from the caller (the phone assistant will write down the information in the input form), those data will be recorded in a Database with Timestamp, ID...
All the functional specifications will be provided, the developper must be very familiar with programming interfaces for the PABX.
The application need to be in one of the well-known programming languages.
