Telemarketing Sales/Appointment Setting

We are looking for experienced telemarketers to either schedule appointments for our experienced sales staff or make sales directly on the phone (depending on your experience). We are offering a B2B service, focused on small businesses with 1-20 employees.

This is the service we offer clients: Live chat is proven to increase a websites conversion rate, often by as much as 30%. Yet many small businesses don't use live chat because they don't have the personnel, or web traffic to afford having an employee sitting fulltime at a computer waiting for the occasional chat. We offer great live chat software and sales agents throughout the workday, responding to chats on their behalf. We work on a performance basis, only charging the client per lead, per sale, with no monthly fees or long term contract - this makes it an easier sale as the client isn't taking much risk in trying our service. The focus will be on calling small businesses in Ontario, Canada (roofing, home contractors, etc) and selling the service to them.

We supply the list of targeted contacts. We're looking for the right salesperson or appointment setter to progress the deals.

We will provide scripts, call lists, and training. Compensation will be on a performance basis. Our current offer is $200/sale, but we are open to different appointment or sale-based offers for the right person.
