Toilet seat and lid design

I need this invention designed for the manufacture of a prototype. Ideally I would like one price for the design and manufacture of the prototype, however, if the cost of the prototype cannot be determined at this stage, I would like a quote for the design component in sufficient detail that a prototype specialist could prepare a quote.

The Better Toilet System needs to perform the following functions.

1. When the lid is independently (ie seat remains in lowered position) raised or lowered, the inside of the bowl is sprayed with aerated water from the underside of the seat.

2. When lid is almost closed, a half flush is activated. If additional pressure is applied to the lid while closing, a full flush is activated. Both flushes are activated by a single pneumatic line to the flushing mechanism. Flushing mechanism should only be activated when the lid is almost fully closed.

3. The user has the option to spray the bowl with deodorizer/wetting agent before, during or after usage but prior to flush.

4. The lid must form an airtight seal with the seat when closed.

The benefits of BTS are as follows.

1. Toilet stays clean as the formation of skid marks is substantially reduced or eliminated completely with the pre and post usage spraying.

2. Toilet plume is eliminated as the lid is always closed prior to flushing.

3. Because default flush is half flush, there is a reduction in water usage.

I want the unit designed with the ultimate aim of preparing a prototype. The design should be simple in terms of functionality and production. It should not look any different to a normal seat and lid combination. It is very important that no power is required- no electricity and no batteries. The design should rely on leverage to perform spraying, deodorizing and flushing functions.

The prototype will be attached to an existing wall hung pan by Villeroy and Boch. The pneumatic line will also go directly to a Grohe concealed cistern. The dual flush mechanism will require two different air pressures to activate the correct flush on the Grohe unit.

I have attached a number of photos to illustrate some design ideas. It is important that the design is as slimline and sleek as possible. The idea is that this unit looks like a normal seat and lid combination.
