i need help with the python script, check the project details carefully

hi i have this project from client regarding python , i have not understood well if you can understand and can do let me know

we need to fix python script that extracts addresses from text , completes them using internet and placed them into spreadsheet.

H Vikas, take a look at the attached file and let me know. Its not the pdf to text, its text to excel file

file name: text to spreadsheet

i want them to work and to extract correct information

there are two more files attached

name: drc code enforcement file and example .pdf

this seems some rectification to code or valid output not coming or so..

so if you are expert of python you should able to know this easily.
