Change formula field "display_name" Odoo 11 on Products

I use product variants in my Odoo in order to manage a product line like "MICROSOFT OFFICE365" and the variants like "Office365 Business Premium" and others. I would like to change the field "display_name" in order to show the name of my variant and not the template product.
I need to know, where and how, can I modify the display_name field code in order to do that.
I use Odoo 11 enterprise. I have the Studio App.
Note: I use also the field "internal reference" for the part # of the variant.
