i already have phonegap app with old and ugly design:

i create psd design and i am looking some expert who help me with following task:
1. convert the psd to html in order to add it to my phonegap project (the conversion should already have working clicking options and back options)
2. the div should use the same ids which are already used on my existing project
3. provide support if is required by my programmer to integrate the design into the app.
4. i need short logo intro animation when app is opened.
Should be provided phonegap project or what ever for my programmer finish the integration ( i am not programmer so i dont know which is the required files he need)
Looking someone start now and finish this conversion asap.
