Help me put together a Method for teching English and French

We began teaching English 15 years ago. As we got more students, we saw the need for creating our own books, since those available at bookstores didn´t satisfy our quality standards. Then we decided to create por own audio activities and visual material; finally, after seeing some teachers oftentimes struggle to maintain a good pace in class, to easily explain the meaning of vocabulary and expressions and the overall lack of technique, we decided to create the Lesson Plans for them.

We started off small, with only two classrooms. Soon enough we had eight classrooms and over two-hundred students. The obvious next step was to open our second branch, so we did.

During these years, we not only became better teachers and better trainers, we also became businessmen. We talked to people who were ready to help us franchise, which back then sounded like a great idea. However, we didn´t have the resources needed to get that project going; we were making money, but that money was being used to improve our branches, our service. We used a lot of the money we were making to translate the English books we already had to French.

Last year we came up with an idea: if we cannot franchise, why don´t we sell our methodology? All of it.

Books, Audio, Visual material, Lesson Plans, all the Know-How. A lot of people who speak English and interested in teaching might go for it.

Unfortunately Covid-19 came about; our business is closed and has been so for four months now. We are now looking at other possibilities: would it be possible to sell through Internet what have developed? A friend of mine says yes, so he refered us to a platform where we can offer our product.

We lack the skills needed to assemble all we have into just one "package";

Some images in our books and posters were downloaded from shutterstock; we don´t know if that might be a problem;

Our books have not been registered. In Mexico that´s not a problem: if you are the creator you have the rights. But these books might sell in Central and South America.
