Looking to develop an auto-poster software, that will help automate the posting into a few specific directory listing website and forum.

Software should
1) Allow User to add photos, title, description as a template to be posted online. This template will be saved as a list. They can then push this into different forum or website. They can edit, add or delete these template.
2) Macro to automate the posting into the listing website or forum. If site does not have API, then posting will be done via Macro.
3) User account features, with user access, credit and user expiration date. User will login into the software, and the system will check online if the software and user are valid with sufficient credit.
4) List of supported directory listing or forum or social website will need to be expandable for the future.
5) User will need to have ability to key in their user credential for different directory website or forum etc.
6) Web interface for admin to manage the users.
7) Sync user info, user credit, log files and posting template online.
