WordPress Theme Overhaul and Customization

I'm looking for a knowledgeable and experienced WordPress developer to revamp my current website. Key tasks include:
- Modifying the existing theme to fit my preferred style.
- Implementing a few custom functionalities that would enhance my website's usability.
Under theme modifications, I require both cosmetic and functional changes including:
- Changes to the website's color scheme. (I do have a specific color palette in mind which I'll share with the chosen freelancer.)
- Tweaking the current layout to match my vision.
- Adjusting the font style and typography to align it with my branding.
- Adding a social login functionality for easy user access.
Ideal candidates should have experience with WordPress theme customization, PHP for custom functionality, and a keen eye for design aesthetics. Proficiency in CSS is also necessary for implementing the required color and typography changes. Having a portfolio showing past work of similar nature would be a huge plus.
