Wordpress membership site - shortcodes development and dripping content features

We are a small non-profit organization based in Spain, and have a membership website on wordpress.
We use a membership site plugin, but we lack a few key features for us, that we could only find bits by bits over the web. As we don’t really have the time and capacity to develop them, we would like to have someone who is able to develop these additional functions. We believe that it is not necessary to edit our existing membership plugin, and that you may develop your own standalone functions or plugin to carry out these tasks :
1. Display html content within a page based on a period of time after registration
We would like to have shortcodes to :
- display html content within a page for a user only if he registered more than 3 months ago, and in another case only if he registered more than 6 months ago (ideally it should be possible to define another delay too, as we may decide to change the delay the future)
- display html content within a page only for a specific period of time relative to a user : for example 10 first days after registration
- display html content within a page only from a date after registration until another : for example : from 3 months to 6 months.

2. Automatic role change based on a specific period of time after registration
We would need to have a function that would work at the website level (for all users), that would automatically change one specific role to another, based on a delay after each user registration, without any intervention from us : for example change from level 1 to level 2 after 3 months of registration, and from level 2 to level 3 after 6 months of registration.
3. Hide a page based on a specific period of time after registration
We would like to revoke access to a full page for one user after a specific period of time following his registration. Our existing plugin is already able to show any page after any period of time to a user, depending on his registration date (so anything related to this page is invisible for him before that period of time is reached, then the page becomes visible). We would like to have the same function but that would rather do the opposite : hide a page after a defined period of time depending on each user registration date.
Notes :
Your work has to be fully compatible with the last version of Wordpress, and the code has to be properly documented.
If you find existing pieces of codes or plugins that you want to work with or extend to carry out your work, it’s fine for us (there may be some plugin that we missed doing some of the work).
We have 2 websites that have the same configuration (one is for testing purpose), where we want to add these functions. We will need at least your instructions to install your work on these, and if we meet an issue, we may give you access so that you are able to check what’s the problem.
Ideally, if you have already finalized some of your work early in the process, It may be interesting to start testing on one of our websites to make sure that there is no compatibility issue.
If you wish so, we can give you an access from the beginning to our testing website so that you can directly test yourself (although it should also be preferably pre-tested before, as this testing website is at the moment on the same server as our production website, and we don’t want to risk big issues).
Questions :
We have quite a short timeframe to carry out these changes to our websites, so our need is to have everything fully in place for the end of June. Is it realistic for you to do this work within this period of time, considering that some unknown issues and delays can always happen along such a project ? Please consider that end of june is already for us our very last time limit, so you should make sure that this time limit leaves you a lot of time, and is not already beforehand challenging your schedule.
