Need a proficient coder to help with developing a crontab job in linux with SOAP/JSON, PHP, Python, cURL experience to pull CDR (call detail records) from external SOAP/JSON API and create an WHMCS invoice for client with matching custom field ID's. Crontab job will run on 1st of every month and search for relevant CDR records in database and create a billing entry on unique invoice for each call with number dialed, billable seconds and billable amount per WHMCS client whose unique ID is not 'null'
